Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli

At 8 am, you will be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi and commence the drive to drive to Amboseli national park which is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains.

Arrive at camp for lunch Check in and have a short rest and Later in the evening, you will have a game drive in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro.

Dinner and overnight at the Camp

Day 2: Full Day in Amboseli.

Morning breakfast and start the game drive around the park and get to visit the observation point over looking the whole park from a bird’s eye view angle. Continue with the game drives as you look for the predators i.e. the lions and cheetahs. Amboseli is rich with elephant species which are in many herds and also you can view the great mountain of Kilimanjaro slopes and whole view. Lunch and afternoon rest in the pool. In the evening start the game drive as you look for the predators since they are more active this time. Dinner and rest.

Day 3: Amboseli to Masai Mara.

After a hearty breakfast you will drive to Masai Mara national reserve. The journey will take you through the vast landscape and nature of Kenya as you drive down the escarpment via Narok to Masai Mara. On arrival at your lodge you will be warmly welcomed with a fresh glass of juice and have lunch. After a delicious lunch head for an introductory evening game drive to Masai Mara before your dinner.

Day 4 & 5: Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara Reserve

Have breakfast at 6:30 am and at 7 am, leave for a full day game viewing in the park. On this day, spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the big five, hippos and Nile crocodile. Thereafter, go for picnic lunch in park under a croton tree shade overlooking the vast landscape of the park.

It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures.

Day 6: Maasai Mara to Nairobi
Wake up early in the morning and after breakfast, proceed to Mara for game drives around 7:00 AM. Continue with game drives till around 11:00 AM and then head back to Nairobi to reach by about 5:00 PM. On reaching Nairobi in the evening, you will be dropped of at the airport or your hotel. You will be dropped to your hotel within Nairobi/Airport
